The Phobos Military Base was a basic training facility for newly recruited members of the Union Aerospace Military Division. Like the rest of the UAC's Phobos facilities, its remains were discovered to have been flooded by waste from the Toxin Refinery. Of note were the remains of what appeared to be a demonic ritual in progress, evidenced by a large pentagram on the floor surrounded by candles.
