A section of the UAC Mars Facility, the Waste Recycling Center (also known as the Recycling Plant or the primary recycling station) was a key element in processing waste products into usable resources.
The Monorail Skybridge extended over this section of the base, but collapsed during the demonic invasion of Mars.
The plant manager was Scott Johnson.
